Thank you for sharing your story. I had mild RL off and on throughout my life and in October of 2018 it became severe almost overnight. I have spent a sleepless year going from one neurologist to another (and I live within 2 miles of a top medical research university) and found no one who would treat my symptoms without a dopamine agonist. There seems to be an overly stringent policy against prescribing opioids.

So appreciate Caroline's story as I am not familiar with RLS at all-her explanation was clear and appears to be a situation that needs more research and aid to all those out there that have this challenge in their lives. Hopefully through Caroline's story, she will help those in need.
