We chose the Volvo EX30 twin motor performance in the UK over the model 3/Y. It was quicker, felt better put together, had more as standard (4 years of 5G connectivity, auto lane change, park assist, 20” wheels, and a light interior). Plus is was much cheaper.

This was a great review! I think the Volvo performs slightly better in urban environment but tesla winds hands down when going longer distances.

The only better EV than the Model 3 LR is the Model 3 RWD. It's hard to justify the extra cost

FYI Volvo is not an European brand. It’s a Chinese brand under Geely automotive. Thought any auto journalist would know that

I did an extended test drive on both and came to the same conclusion, however you were a lot nicer about it. The interior and in car tech of the Volvo is absolute rubbish compared to the Tesla, and I would compare the interior of the Volvo to the MG ZST.
