A) I use a custom default edit that I made myself called "Orange Flare" and for Hypixel Skyblock I use a custom edit of the texture pack "FurfSky". Would just like to mention that the helmet doesn’t give strength, it gives crit damage for every 10 strength. This is why the Tara helm is normally paired with strong armor because of the strength it gives.

DISCLAIMER: you can use the tarantula helmet and chest plate when you are spider slayer 4, but the crafting recipe is unlocked at spider slayer 5.
Also here’s a tip: if you want to attempt tarantula broodfather 4, I would recommend grinding 4 thousand kills on the armor set to gain way more defense against spiders.

First, wowie, just noticed, you are 7, 5k rn, which is 2, 5k subs away from 10k!!!

I earn Strong Dragon set as my main(I wear adaptive because I love dungeons and i need to be prepared...) and actually Tarantula set is 100% worth it, as it has alot of perks and alot of damage, but tarantula slayer is just for minions(fly catchers), Scorpion foil sword(Mosquito bow is also from tarantulas, but people use runaan's bow or even hurricane bow) and slayer xp.

I agree this armor set is amazing for its price, but I dont think its the best choice for mid game players since you rely a lot on your skill average, mainly in your combat and foraging skill because the armor itself doesnt give you any stat boost in crit dmg or str. I personally use this set a lot, but this is just my opinion in the topic. As always great vid!!

don't forget that the chestplate and boots are really good for dungeons as mage, like really good!

I'm pretty sure you got the description for the tara helmet wrong, i believe it adds +1 crit damage every 10 strength you have not the other way around.

the best part of the tara set is that you could at the start of the game dye the helm and boots (also hmu if you have that)

I havent fully paid attention to all the new content added to the game in the past few months but tara is still in the top 5 sets for dps. There isnt a huge difference between all them, but elegant tux is obviously the strongest.
Also just want to add that tigers double strike // ferocity counts as a hit tick needed to activate octodexterity, so tara might actually be the 2nd best set for dps paired with a tiger

I don’t know if you will respond to this but I heard that shadow assassin leggings and boots with strong dragon chest plate and tarantula helmet is a good dungeon set for cheap. Is this true?

My only issue with the Tarantula Boots is that you can't use the flight from cookies beacuse you will double jump. Other than that, tarantula is a really fun set to use
