On those intro and chorus chords ...you left out the last chord. After that G5 with the F base ...he goes back to the G5 for one last strum. ...was just watching them play it live on conan. Still a great job.

Great lesson! Only thing I might add is discussion of any strings that might be muted. Generally it can be heard, but completes the instruction. Also might be tough for some to discern whether the pinky is playing the octave on the G5 slide.
