First of all, your dresses, GIRL, I’m in love 😍
Secondly, as a skater, I was very consistenly on my jumps and spins, not because i was the best (far away for being) but because I was really confident on my skates. Sounds weird, but confidence makes the difference. even though I got nervous, I really enjoyed what I was doing, so that really help me. I wasn’t a competition girl, I was on the show side; but I used to put a lot of pressure on me, even though there wasn’t judges judging me.
Another thing that was going through my mind, was that day I must land on my feet, no matter if the jump was not executed correctly.
As a skating teacher, I tell my students to relax and enjoy the moment. If things go wrong, it doesn’t matter, the most important thing is that they have fun.

I know you are focused on technique and getting GOA, but, I want to say how much your style has matured and your body carriage is so beautiful to watch. Having followed you a while, I know you struggle with nerves, but remember this. You are so beautiful on the ice, and strip away the makeup and designer dress, and you are still a beautiful and accomplished athlete. I hope you have a lifetime on the ice, as I can tell it’s what you love.
