Also.., some reallly good advice, be sure & white glove clean your property. I’ve had guests nit pick to get discounts. I take pictures & video prior to stays just for this reason. So many things to learn, pricing strategies for slow season, best elements needed for good guests, ( baby stuff of dogs, gift baskets, etc)
