XÔI VỊ LÁ DỨA LÁ CẨM ĐẬU XANH ngon ngất ngây - STICKY RICE CAKE AND MUNGBEAN PASTE.
INGREDIENTS:
- 400g sticky rice (split in 2 part)
- 200ml pandan juice (green)
- 200ml magenta juice (purple)
- 100g mung bean
- 160g coconut milk
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 8.5 tbsp sugar
- 50g sesame
- 1tsp tapioca starch
RECIPE:
1. First, wash and soak sticky rice cake, mung bean. Split sticky rice cake in 2 parts, one soak in pandan juice and one soak in magenta color in 2hours at least. Mungbean also soak in water
2. Wash and drain sesame then dry fry it until it’s become less golden.
3. After 2hours, prepare electric rice cooker, add 5g salt, ½ tbsp. oil and pour sticky rice in any color u like to cook first. Remember the water inside the pot is just equal the rice cause we soak it in long time no need more water. After it’s cook, cook the rest part.
4. Cook mung bean in small heat with little bit salt (5g) until it’s soft and use blender to blend, make it smooth. Pour 1.5tbsp sugar and put on a pan, stir until it’s thicker and not much water (still soft).
5. Prepare tapioca starch with 2tbsp water,
7. Use a mould, pour sesame, then pour the pandan or magenta first as your idea. Then press, to make it flat and then pour mungbean paste, press. Then pour the rest sticky rice. Do the ssame as in the video. Then pour sesame.
8. Wait until it’s cool and cut, then enjoy with hot tea
