Jewelry. I think this changed when I got older, but I just appreciate it way more and I want better quality overall. I think when I was younger, I had cheaper jewelry and I hated wearing it because it made me either turned green or made me feel like really itchy. Now I buy hypoallergenic jewelry and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. It’s a bit more expensive but I won’t go back to cheap jewelry.

There’s a saying in HR about toilet paper theory. Along the lines of always start low because once you use the nice toilet paper you can never go back. And how taking away small stuff like that matters more to employees than a lot of the big items.
Hence why the office never has nice toilet paper. They suck.

This is crazy, I’ve used “high end toilet paper” and I’ve used the cheapest of cheap and I’ve never had the “scratchy toilet paper” experience. wtf are yall on about? It all feels the same. The only difference is how thick each sheet is.
