Would you be opened to doing a video on your home buying process? How much you put down, your mortgage, etc.?

Hi Brianna. Great video, and your sinking funds binder is coming along nicely. Don't ever stop talking about the new home you bought! Not many 30 years old can say that. Congratulations. I can't wait to see what it looks like finished.

Maybe on some days when you're going to be working at the house, get you a small cooler and pack it with some ready to eat meals or snacks and drinks so that you can have something without worrying about cooking or doing the drive thru, saving you some money. A small microwave would be handy if you want to have something heated(optional). That way, when you get back to your apt, you can just crash like we all do after working all day😊

Please delete this comment after you read it....Glad the home is coming along...yay, so good yo hear you're keeping the land...ok, here's my concern. i know you dont talk details about your boyfriend on the videos, but its seems ya'll split bills and I'm assuming he didnt buy the house with you (like be a co-signer on the mortgage) but if he did then ignore the following advice. Ok, not to be a Negative Nellie, but please discuss a written agreement with either a lawyer or a trusted person. Texas is a common law state and that could cause issues if a future break-up should happen and he claims any rights to the house. Ill leave it at that. That's all i will say. I give you this advice from personal experience. I hope this comment doesnt make you mad, but ive been following you for a long time (like, when you were with the other young man). Anyway, please delete this comment. Hugs from Florida, Carolena

I dont think you shouod worry about tlaking about your new house. It's exciting for you and this is your channel so it brings us along on your life jouney.🌿 With your land, that will be a great investment. You could always keep it and build in the future on it when you might be financially ready. Building up equity in your new house will help down the road for building.

I love hearing about your house. And I am glad you are keeping your land. Maybe in the future you’ll be able to build a dream house—and either sell the house or keep it as a rental. Either way, good moves!!

And I love it when dad’s spoil us and we spoil them in return. (My dad died from cancer two years ago and he did love buying stuff for us, and in return, I loved giving him meaningful gifts. I miss him, so I love to hear about dads who are still dad-ing! He was probably happy to help and pay for it, and he will be happy to receive his gift!!)
