SellerCloud “Core” eLearning Modules for Employee Onboarding and Customer Training – Custom Learning

The SellerCloud “Core” training consists of 16 online modules and covers a range of key initial customer and internal employee software training topics.

The eLearning project helped reduce the learning curve and the time needed to complete onboarding training. The delivery of their training also became more efficient, with multiple learners being able to access the content at a time.

Intricate step-by-step software simulations provide learners a safe environment to explore and practice SellerCloud functionality and processes. In addition to simulations, learners engage with course materials through different types of interactivities, including click-to-reveal content.

The finished branded modules included audio narration provided by a professional voice actor, text, images, videos, interactive games, and one automatically graded quiz per module.
