Literally abhi struggle shuru hua hai. Job lagna is 10% mehnat shuru ke 1-2 saal as a PO 40% mehnat or fir asli kaam shuru. Sat work over shift pressure like private jobs. Dont want to demotivate but prepare yourself mentally before joining. Its better than most jobs but image galat bana rakhi hai logo ne sarkari jobs ki
