WakaBeachClub Grand Opening and Industry Appreciation Party

Lying on the southeast part of Bali, across the Badung straits is one of Bali’s small satellite islands that recently stepped into the tourism limelight. Nusa Lembongan, is an exotic sister island of Bali where Waka Hotels & Resorts launched their newest pride and joy: WakaBeachClub.

On November 2nd after 30 minutes crossing on the fast boat and 1,5 hours sailing by WakaSailing Catamaran, finally 150 dignitaries & invitees, which consisted of agents, partners and media, arrived safely at the pristine coastline of Jungut Batu on the famous Nusa Lembongan Island. Powdery white sand beach with gin clear water, floral welcome gate and a refreshing tropical cocktail greeted the guests draped in floral shirts. The 1.800m2 of land dotted with well manicured shacks with alang-alang roof, swimming pool, a heart winning tree top observation deck and a large Joglo house with its rustic teak wood pillars standing proud, as the center of shade where all the VIP’s and guests were mingling and sharing some laughter with cold beverages in hand. With no walls, the cooling sea breeze could reach every single one sitting even in the deepest end of the Joglo pavilion.
