When you have a neon unicorn, you server hop on public servers. The over pays you can sometimes find for neon unicorn are ridiculous. If you trade neon unicorn on fishy army servers, you just get people who give you the elvebredd value, and that is not what you want. Neon uni in public servers can result in things like neon jellyfish, neon puffin, neon SSBD, or just massive overpays of random no pot legs. That is what you are aiming for. Girls love their unicorns.
