As a Floridian that mostly won't be in the path of the storm, it sure does help when you monitor tornado activity associated with the storm. They really don't have a good notification system down here for tornadoes.

My Dad was Navy & Merchant Marine…he always said to watch the millibars (mb) because that tells you the strength of the storm. Good job showing that 908 mb Ryan!!

Ryan has been talking about this storm since LAST WEEK. And even back then, he was predicting an impact on the panhandle of FL. He cautioned that this path was still very, very much in the air, but just as a precaution, here is one of the better models.
