There's a theory that due to the fruits power being light, kizarus thought process was enhanced as well to adapt to that speed so everything seems really slower than a snail to him meaning he tries really hard to understand what people are saying and at the same time talks really slowly so other people can understand him that's why we see kizarus talks wierdly by doing it slowly.

If devil fruits were real, this fruit is the one I've always thought I would want. It's just flat out cool being able to shoot lasers and make a light sword while also being super useful being able to travel extremely fast and light up dark surroundings. Being able to casually shrug off gunshots and dismemberment is amazing for peace of mind too.

Ope is literally the most useful fruit. You can control everything inside the room. You can shape land, build structures, and have unlimited food and water. Also basically anything inside your room you can kill with ease.

Pika pika no mi is one of the best fruits. Top 5 easily. You move at the speed of light, you can shoot lasers, and you have a lightsaber. Imagine if Luke Skywalker could move at the speed of light…. Not to mention technically if you could go at the speed of light, you start opening up the possibly of time dilation and time travel. God tier fruit
