2 Years to Monetize, 1 year to make a product

This product is finally ready to market.
It has taken over a year and the help of 8 people to get this product from design to production.
I imagined it would be easier and quicker than it was. The reality I experienced is that more than my own woodworking skills and design ideas it is the people you interact with that can make a project succeed or fail.
Just recently this YouTube channel became poetised and now I have some good quality high end products in production. Now I need to learn how to sell.
