Victoria: 9,261 active COVID-19 cases in the state

Victorian Health Minister Martin Foley says there are 9,261 active COVID-19 cases in the state.

Mr Foley announced on Tuesday that 867 new local COVID-19 cases had been recorded in Victoria.
