I finally encountered a Moltres. It had 34 CP.

Golden Razz, Ultra Ball, Excellent Curveball Throw. Broke free, ran away.

Feels bad, man.

I’m sad I missed a Galarian Artucino because it spawned when I was walking across a street.

I saw a Moltres, it flew away, and then 30 sec later, another Moltres showed up. Well that flew away too.

Two days ago I was taking a walk and a Galarian Articuno spawned. I threw a curved ultraball without landing a nice, great, or excellent, expecting it to rip out and flee as it always does. But this time, not only did I catch it, I caught it on a critical capture. I couldn't believe it what happened. The only thing that kinda sucked that I already used my master ball on another Galarian Articuno, but it was still an awesome moment and probably one of the best highlights of my seven years of pokemon go experience.

I started playing nearly 2 months ago, and today I had my very first encounter with a Galarian bird today. Rainy, windy and daily incence.
Believe it or not, but one silver pinap berry and one Ultra ball later, Zapdos checked in to my pokedex.

I once encountered a Galarian Moltres (recently) and a Galarian Articuno (when i first started playing the game), i didn't manage to catch them but it felt amazing and it was still worth it for me.

This morning I got a Galarian Zapdos 3000 cp and I hit it with a great throw and I caught it

Finally encountered Galarian Zapdos today, the first bird I’ve actually found since the event started (and I run every day, so I’m absolutely doing it on those runs to get the max encounters I can).
I got so lucky though, the Zapdos was SHINY! Absolutely transferring it to Home today!

For me windy is the best because it boosts psychic and flying so i have a really good chance for articuno

I been doing daily incense every day since the game was released and only seen those birds spawn 2 times and they always escaped

caught articuno today, only had 220 cp, but at least a galarian bird 😊

My brother was insanely lucky. A couple of days ago, he caught a moltres AND a shiny axew with the same daily incense.

The only Galarian bird I’ve ever caught was with a great ball I got a critical catch 😅

I have found a total of five galairian birds, first a zapdos that ran, a moltres that I caught with normal razz and ultra ball, zapdos the same day as the moltres on a daily incence, another zapdos around the area of my home, and finally another zapdos while driving. Do not worry somebody else was driving.
