Thrustmaster reached me thanks to my previous videos and, as my wheel was still covered by the warranty, they corrected my calibration problem.
Unfortunately they didn't tell me what was wrong.

Hi, I'm in China and got the same problem. The T300rs is actually a UK version but the seller told me it will be really expensive and customs risk to sent it back to UK for warranty. Also I mailed to TM but the only reply was that " you should contact your local dealer" which is no helpful to fix my problem. As you said, maybe they can just share to me how to repair because China is too far away. Hope you can help me to talk to TM if any DIY reparation methods can be shared. Thank you!

My T300rs started to give me problems the other day. I had been playing Project Cars all day with no problems as usual. Since I bought the T300rs around a year ago I play with the FFB setting at 100% and with Jack Spades Bumps FFB settings for all cars. I have had no issues at all since day one and have been loving the feel of the FFB in this game. But the problems started when after playing all day I paused the game and switched on the TV source. After a couple of hours watching the TV I went to bed forgetting that the PS4 was still running in the background. I was suddenly awoken by a loud banging sound and it was the T300rs spinning slightly to the left and sharply to the right. It was repeating this movement non stop. It was then that I realized that I had left the PS4 on pause so long that it went into Sleep Mode. This is what caused my T300rs to behave like that. So I shut down the PS4 quickly as not to damage the T300rs.

The following day on start up the wheel did not calibrate as usual and continued to do the same erratic movement as the night before. Bemused by this I looked online for solutions and found a firmware update and a re calibration tool for the T300rs. I did both these things and it seemed to fix the problem as the wheel calibrated itself normally. But when I was testing it out in Project Cars I realized the FFB was different. It was weaker than normal. It felt strange and not strong and firm as it usually was. I tried the 250cc Kart and the Formula A which I remember were hard to turn on the wheel and the strong feeling of FFB had been lost somewhat. I was very disappointed and now I am wondering what on earth is wrong and what I can do. I played around with the FFB settings for the vehicle I was using and from Master Scale 32 I raised it to Master Scale 80 and that seemed to bring it back to what it was before. Now I am unsure if to raise the Master Scale on all the other cars or not as the way the wheel feels now is too light and needs more resistance and increase in the Master Scale of FFB to make it feel like it was before. PLEASE HELP AS I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW. I got my T300rs Online and is out of warranty I believe.

Hi,

Less than I year since I bought it and I have an issue with my T300. On one on the vids you stated that the force feedback started to be weak in games for you - I have the same issue, especially when turning the wheel has close no none feedback, It started between my trainings session in pCARS.
I do not have problems with the calibration, only the weak FFB. I contacted Thrustmaster support send them all the info they wanted but no reply yet.

I have even tested GT6 on PS3 with both my old Logitech DFP and T300RS, with max FFB settings the old DFP was giving me more information about the car in during the turns that T300.

I really hope that Thursmaster will, reply and that they will be able to fix the wheel.

Please help me. I bought mine in 2015 and it work very well during 1, 5 years. But in february my wheel stopped the auto-calibration. Since then I'm trying to solve this. I tried the programm TXRW_CalibMotor_v2_04....and it works, but after 15 minutes of game the forces go away and the wheel goes crazy turning to the left and right.

Do you know how you can help me?

This is a known problem with thrustmaster. The T300 / TX is shit. It's only a matter of rather short time until it breaks. Both my TX and T300 have failed after barely 2 years of age and moderate use. I'm never giving them any more money. Ever.
