This looks to slow to be during an active race. Was this formation lap, rolling start or SC? It looks like he was braking to heat up the brakes and tires. If that's the case, you might have been a bit too close but good thing you have great reflexes.
However if I am wrong and this was during green flag, then what the hell was he doing? Wouldn't that merit a huge penalty?
