To celebrate the launch of the PIIT28 Trainer Certification, I’m releasing my first ever FULL LENGTH PIIT28 class!

Today you’ll get to experience Pilates Intense Interval Training the way it will be taught as a class by instructors, live at gyms!

This workout combines the fat burning intensity of HIIT and the muscle toning power of pilates! We will start with a quick dynamic warm up followed by six power-packed moves - 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. After 4 rounds, we'll do a Core Burnout for your abs!

Today’s class is called FAT BURN MACHINE by PIIT28. It’s a total body cardio and body toning workout.

Your PIIT moves are:

1. Squat Hop
2. Tricep Kick & Dip
3. Push Up Burpees
4. Plank Twist Up
5. Plie Hop
6. Standing Rollover

Now imagine...you can become a PIIT28 certified trainer and teach this class to your own students! You don’t need any pre-requisites. I’ll teach you everything you need to know in the training portal. And when you finish training, you’ll know all the techniques, all the modifications, and how to create your own routines!

When I saw this on the Feb 2020 calendar I thought wow Casey is going easy on us the first day. Then I opened the video! OMG it is a full 30 min piit workout. I completed it, I did have to take two extra 15 min breaks due to my exercise induced asthma. But man do I feel good. I did this workout first thing in the am and now I am energized to conquer my day.

I gained 17.6 pounds so far this year - I finally dropped 2.2 pounds so far! I hope I can control my binge eating to drop the rest off! This workout killed me so much! Thanks you for it haha!

Who else is here for 11/16/20 workout calendar. You've got this!!! I am 40 years old and at the beginning of this year I was the heaviest I have ever been. I have lost 30lbs since January 2020 just following Cassey's monthly workouts. I did this routine today without losing any momentum, taking any extra breaks, and no modifications. You can too!! I believe in you and so does Cassey!!!

I kinda wish the word "high" wasn't removed (because it's def still high intensity) so it would be "pilates high intensity interval training" = *PHIIT* (pronounced FIT, cuz that's what you'll be if you do this) 😂
