I fundamentally disagree with these suggestions. Frankly, blaming sources and cables doesn't explain why there is an identical extend of hiss audible when only power and no source is connected. The heavy hiss issue goes straight through generation 4 speaker lineup with 10-3 performing worst so far from my experience. Regardless of location (electric circuit), power cord used, other devices in the room or not, whatever.

I really dont think its cables either, many get this even without cables in, it seems grounding is the major issue, some even get more humm when a gpu rams up, so its hard to say but mine stopped humming after switching wall I plugged in, but they get a humm after some time not listening to anything, which sucks

my krk’s was humming and he was right. i just turned the analog off on all of my analog plug ins and it went away. yall talkin trash this was the only video ive found that actually helped me fix my problem. 💯💯🔥

Mine make buzzing noise with no cables connected. This buzzing sounds like 60hz power supply coming from inside the cabinet. (not coming from the speakers) (not hissing white noise)

Ok I have the answer for my problem for some reason if my laptop is connected to an outlet it creates that white noise, as soon as I unplug it its gone. Which sucks because it's a gaming laptop and it drains battery quick

Mine makes buzzing noise without me pluging in any cords at all.. Just by turning it on it makes tht noise and I can’t get rid of it.

Mines make a grainy sound while I don't play any sound.

Trust me if you're having severe Buzzing, just replace the compactors, it may seem intimidating, but it's very easy using a Soldering Iron.

I woke up to my right Rokit 10 buzzing very loudly. I unplugged the cable and it is still buzzing loudly. If I turn off power it stops. I think this speaker has failed.

My monitors don’t have a popping noise when I make my beats, but when I play samples from splice or songs on YouTube it has a popping sound. I don’t know why they are brand new :( .

Hi, I have a question about the KRK G4 7 speakers. I bought two KRK G4 7 monitors and when it turns on it emits a white background sound hisss without any audio connection. This wave sound is heard up to 1.50 meter. Unlike KRK G3 monitors, there is no strong white noise. I need help and I have an answer. Thank you

try turning down the inst knob on your audio face. it worked for me.. i just looked at the back of the speaker then looked at my interface and just did it lmao. fixed it loool
