The seed is also tasty .It might cause bloating in some people but it can be eaten as a snack if dried or roasted.
It can even be used as a vegetable to cook as well. I have it at my home.

Never eat jackfruit that isnt fully ripe. It contains too much starch that is hard to digest.

Take the seeds out and dip it into water for 24 hours and boiled it until it becomes soft and you can eat it along with salt
