Just get the 7900xtx. The 4080, 4080 super, 5080, and 7900xtx all perform quite similarly. I got mine for $870 about a year ago.

Hey Steve. RTX 5080 is twice the price of 7900xtx in my area. So i paired 9800x3d with 7900xtx. And just so you know, I'm upgrading from 4690k & GTX 970.

Here in Turkey, this card costs 2230 USD, and it's pre-order set to ship starting Feb 28th. This is just ridiculous! Cheapest model is Palit GamingPro, and it costs 1620 USD.
