I believe MH370 was hijacked by its captain, as he tried to fly to the west in an unconventional route of using a great circle flight over Antarctica. His state of mind was that of desperation and he wanting to disappear, seemingly through the idea of a crash, tried to throw everyone off guard by the erratic movements of the aircraft. I believe the authorities should look further south of where they are presently. As far south as Antarctica itself.

I'm starting to think modern aircraft should be designed in a manner that doesn't allow the switching off of transponders while in flight or the transponder's switch should be placed in the electronic bay where pilots can't reach. Also real time tracking should be enhanced in all areas.

The transponder was intentionally shut down, and that could be attributed to the pilot or co-pilot, which explains its disappearance from radar. As to where it ultimately came down is anyone’s guess, but a flaperon connected to the missing plane was found, so it’s out there somewhere.

That being said, the theory that makes the most sense to me is that it was shot down by some country for some serious reason. Something very bad went on with that flight. The depressed pilot & his flight simulator is the key. These other nefarious reasons seem very unlikely to me. Divorced & spending too much time alone the pilot is the key to this disaster. The fact that pieces of the plane were found off the coast of Africa washing up on shore that were identified as belonging to MH 370 - 1) crashed in the Ocean.
2) In my view only the pilot had that type of control over that Jet to shut down the communications & go off radar.

Popular science had a 1/2 dozen experts detail their thought and they all came to the conclusion that Zahari the pilot took over the plane and crashed it into the Indian Ocean by disabling the transponders.
Malaysia doesn't want this to be the truth. That means they would have to payout huge amounts the the families victims. I believe this to be true.

30:00 besides, there are other differences that tell me that the aircraft in the jungle is NOT MH370. the wing sweepback is wrong, and it looks like it has a T-tail, with the horizontal stabilizers not at the end of the fuselage but at the top of the vertical stabilizer
