Its so sad how injuries can ruin a player as well as a whole team😭😔

At this point we need to clear out the medical staff and hire a completely new one, this has been a recurring problem for too long. Todd needs to do something about it

My opinion is that, like ManU owners, they have no clue what they are doing. Its not happening by (bad) luck. Other teams are managing their players better.

That stops team chemistry too. Those big names out of chemistry maybe give u one bad season, now it's just they can't connect.

Games should be decreased. The amount of injuries that clubs have is insane. Only City and Arsenal seem to have no injuries yet they have many players on the hospital bed. Liverpool had to play kids in the league cup final. Chelsea captain can’t even start due to injury. These games will soon backfire when young prodigies will be injured, overworked due to other player’s injury. Soon clubs would have to turn to their U-18s for carrying them. This would destroy their rhythm of growth both as a player and as a person.

I'm a Chelsea fan and I'll share with you something not many people know. Years ago when we were still being managed by lampard in the first tenure we had a shit ton of injuries. Pulisic was in and out of the team and the national team but the USMNT was intent on playing him until he picked up an injury in November. We didnt play him for a while but he eventually got back into the team but what you may not remember is that Chelsea posted a training video where he came back and was visibly unable to even stand properly much less kick a ball but was in first team grass training (I've checked to see if it's still on YouTube but Chelsea's vids only span back 2 years). after this he was one of the most injury prone messes I've ever seen. I'll let you make ur decisions on what to think about the med team and their decision making. In case there is a possibility of finding this again I believe it was between October and November 2020

They need to sort this out if they want to be a top team again

Chelsea's style of training is the reasons for injuries 😢

Reece James bones/ligaments need to be studied!

At this point I'm just happy if Reece plays or we get Europe in any form 😅😢

As a Chelsea fan I really hope these injuries especially with Nkunku

I think the fact that a large chunk of their team is made up of players below twenty-five makes their team vulnerable. Young players should be managed in such a way that fatigue and EPL's physicality don't catch up with them.

Regardless of the injuries Poch has squad big enough to compete
He picks the side and starts Steeling, Chalobah to name a few so he takes the blame

When we are against 10 men he takes off an attacking midfielder
Why?
Take a defender off and go three at the back

Also why not play 5 at the back as Chilwell and Gusto/James are quality going forward

I wonder what changed with Poch since his spurs days.

I remember seeing a documentary or something about spurs and how they aren’t able to spend a lot of money (I think it was before their new stadium was announced) so they had to keep their players as fit as possible, which meant doing a lot of conditioning and I think it worked. Their players at spurs were rarely injured and a lot of them like son or Kane would play almost every game for years. So I wonder if he changed the fact that his players had to do heavy conditioning since he could just buy more players.

I feel like if poch had his spurs team and the funds at Chelsea he probably would’ve won a league title with spurs and maybe the UCL, but I think he might’ve changed a lot since his last two teams basically have infinite money for him to spend.
