It feels like a shame that Pikmin was in such a drought for proper titles that this spin-off wound up so maligned. Would be neat if Pikmin 5 brought back this gameplay in minigame segments or something.

I love how there is a few well known enemies significantly larger in this game and my lil theory is that they are unique species, olimar just crash landed in a place where they had the ability to grow much bigger

Replacement of the bulbboar but it was worth it because the bulbboar is finally a boss but if they were in other games, they would probably act the same as a bulbboar but they have a screech that can scare people and that big flamingo one drops eggs
