Confusingly filmed, and uninformative. Is this actually meant as a museum, or is it more performance art? And most of what was shown was not about Ice Cream, but sweets in general (though that may be a problem with the museum, not the video).

I can't imagine the people behind the "museum" have any idea about what a museum actually is. This looks more like a hipster-hangout for people not really into the hipster-scene.

Eater is a good concept as a channel but almost all of their hosts don't give it justice, especially the host that does the meat segments
