Overnight Solo Tarp Camping in Mapanuepe Lake, Zambales, Philippines
I went to a beautiful lake called Mapanuepe in San Marcelino, Zambales, Philippines for an overnight bushcraft tarp camping trip. I love camping close to a quiet lake and Mapanuepe is such a paradise for its lush and green camping grounds. The atmosphere is very pleasant and not too hot even during summer because of the agoho tree around the area. The weather was perfect. I was expecting light rainshowers but I am thankful it didn't rain. One the first day, I made cooked sopas using penne pasta, milk, chicken broth cubes and Spam. The next day, I made myself a cup of coffee, cooked brown rice, and fried the remaining spam and eggs.
