Academy Award®-winning director Danny Boyle and Academy Award®-nominated writer Alex Garland reunite for 28 Years Later, a terrifying new story set in the world created by 28 Days Later. It’s been almost three decades since the rage virus escaped a biological weapons laboratory, and now, still in a ruthlessly enforced quarantine, some have found ways to exist amidst the infected. One such group of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single, heavily-defended causeway. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission into the dark heart of the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders, and horrors that have mutated not only the infected but other survivors as well.

I'll give this trailer props for not showing major plot points and just showing bits and pieces to keep us interested for the actual movie. This is how a trailer should be done.

I feel happy for my future generations 280 years later when they have a chance to see 28 decades later.

Finally after some years, someone understood that trailers have its own art, you hire artist to make your trailer.THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE A PROPER TRAILER, gives you the feeling of the movie without spoiling it and making you intrigued to what's it about.

Whoever was in charge of creating this trailer deserves a huge payout. The terror of the audio combined with the glimpses of the movies really paired well. I can't wait to watch this.

The choice of Boots by Rudyard Kipling (written in 1903 and famously recorded in 1915) was beautiful. That poem gives me chills everytime.

I will never forget watching 28 Days Later when I was younger. I thought it was probably the scariest movie I ever saw.

Using the Boots Poem instead of an official song is genius. The Boots Poem details how a soldier can be driven insane by the constant tone of boots marching, symbolism for how a person in the 28 Days Later universe can be driven insane by the constant screams, moans, fights/encounters of the infected. There’s a section in the 28 Weeks Later comic where a group of survivors in London uses a cage that’s constantly surrounded by the infected at night. There’s constant moans and screams of the infected can tear apart and drive even the most strong minded of people to the point of insanity.

This movie has iconic scenes even before its released. Boyle is a genius.

Best poem ever to describe the increasing pressure and worry of battle. The poem covers the endless push of boots marching forward to the next target to be cleared in a war. Read in this manner with a gradual increase in pace makes it even more haunting.

Can't get over the sound design in this trailer.the marching sound to the war poem and the crisp booming, pulsing noise.whoever did that is a master of their craft.

This is how you properly do a second trailer, just give a little bit more with no major story spoilers, bravo!

I think my favourite part of the entire film is the tagline they used on their first poster.if you didn't see it, it says "Time didn't heal anything". Such a raw quote coming from an especially raw looking yet modern film.

Words can't express how much fans around the world appreciate Sony Picture and Danny Boyle of making this happened.

Please do make a "28 Months Later" following this new story, or a 28 Seconds Later of a story that tells how the virus strike NYC.

Ok, this has sold me. I'll see it. The fact that both this and the last trailer intrigue instead of spoil everything is nice to see.

The rage virus has to be the most terrifying zombie outbreak in horror film history. The blood red eyes, the way that they want to kill you in the most gruesome way possible, this looks so freakin good

Whoever crafted this trailer seriously deserves a massive bonus. The chilling audio mixed with those intense movie glimpses created such a perfect vibe. I’m beyond excited to watch this!
