Welcome to Cooking with Hiba! In this video, I'll show you how to make the creamiest and most delicious Kadhi Pakora. This Malai Jaisi Karhi Pakora recipe is perfect for those who love rich and flavorful dishes. Follow along for a step-by-step guide to creating this traditional Indian favorite.

Ingredients:

-Gram flour (besan)1 cup
-Yogurt (dahi) 1/2 kg
-Cooking oil1 cup
-Onion (pyaz)1 medium
-Ginger Garlic paste (adrak lehsan)1 tbs
-Tomatoes (tamatar) 2
-Green chilli(hari mirch)6
-Bay leaf (tez pata) 1
-Cumin (zeera)1/2 tsp
-Cinnamon (darchini)1 title piece
-Cloves (long) 2
-Black cardamom (bhari elaichi)1
-Salt(namak)1 & 1/2 tbs
-Red chilli(lal mirch) 4 tsp
-Turmeric (haldi) 1 tsp
-Coriander powder ( shukha dhania)1 tsp
-Chilli flake (dara mirch) 1 tsp
-Garam masala 1 tsp
Pakora Mix
-Gram flour (besan) 2 cups
-Onion (pyaz) 2 medium
- Cabbage (band gobi)1 cup
- Potatoes (aalo) 1 medium
- Coriander (dhania)
- Spinach (palak)
- Mint (podina)
- Salt (namak) 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli (lal mirch) 1&1/2 tsp
- Chilli flake ( dara mirch)1 tbs
- Chat masala 2 tsp
- Carom seeds( zeera)1 pinch

Instructions:

Prepare the pakoras by mixing gram flour, chopped onions, green chilies, and spices. Deep fry until golden brown.
In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, gram flour, and water to create the kadhi base.
Temper the kadhi with cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, ginger and garlic paste, and spices.
Simmer the kadhi until it thickens, then add the fried pakoras.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

WATER AS REQUIRED
BAKING SODA 2 PINCH
OIL FOR FRYING
OIL 1/4 CUP
ONION 1/2 SMALL SIZED
SOME RED CHILLIES
SOME CURRY LEAVES
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1/4 TSP
FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
