Holy crap !!! 67 year old guy here..haven’t played a video game in 40 years. I was blown away by the Oculus2 that my wife gave me the other day. How do they make this stuff ??? Yes buy one, now on sale for $199, I was going to get a Quest 3 but it's $500 and the most of the games haven't even been optimised for the extra power and has hardly any augmented games out, Quest 3 is a waste of money at the moment save the $

In my honest opinion, the Meta quest two is the best starting point for VR. They just have such a better offering for capability and bank for buck. There are lots of headsets out there and you can get into some serious dollars creating yourself set up that similar to what you see in the movie ready player one. but if you want something, everybody can get and everybody can wrap their head around as far as being able to play with friends and family meta has the best offerings and I think they will continue to surpass. The industry has the best value for getting into VR.
