With slightly low light, try Cortex Camera. Using the same "stacking" technique but even better results than Hydra under certain circumstances. Less color noises, compressing artifacts, and motion blur.

With extremely low light, NightCap Pro with its long exposure (and probably a tripod and stationary subjects) produces **the** best night time photos you can get out of any other camera app.

How's the low light quality while taking videos? I use an iPhone 5s and it sucks really bad, taking image is fine but when i switch to video it gets significantly darker does this app solve that problem?

What about the audio  through film Chris??? I find, when searching for cameras, no one and i mean, no one, talks about the audio. Audio is would say is as important as the HQ quality

it's pretty cool.  I use a bunch of apps as I feel like using them.  I like the app but I dunno.  I find using auto bracket and True HDR combined gets me better HDR results...

I bought Hydra and tested it against the native iPhone 6 Plus camera. Clearly the iPhone camera, in HDR mode, was better in 4 out of 5 situations. This is not a replacement camera app but simply a tool to be used under certain situations. When Hydra is bad … it's very bad.

Wow. I don't see any of the results that you reported. On iPhone 6s Plus and both Camera+ and the Stock app return better images. Hopefully the results look better once on the pc because otherwise I wasted $5
