Dubas is going to have to pull the plug on Sullivan by this weekend, and replace him with someone experienced like Gerard Gallant, otherwise the entire season will go up in smoke for the Penguins in very short order.
He also needs to make some trades for faster skaters up front, and some better stay-at-home defencemen on the back end.
