After done alot of analysing
I normally banned Kayn because he was super giga busted free LP champion when people knows how broken he is
Now it is yet again Heca's turn to be permabanned
Heca is still S tier champion at right hands, this is like RIven situation
Riven is still one of scariest top laner around but people need just adjust to new meta and build correctly
Mundo I would say is High B or Low A tier jungler
He can clear jungle under 3:10, basically same as zed but he is weak against invading champs

I'm down in elo hell, but with the jungle & item changes I've been rocking Cho'goth in the jungle.

Cho is horrid at dueling early (though Hail of Blades makes him good at short trades) but his cc makes him a decent ganker early and very solid ganking with his ult. More importantly he's the king at getting objectives with his ultimate - which also give him stacks.

Cho just needs to rush ability haste (lucidity boots) on him to help clear the jungle faster and get more ultimate stacks. Once he gets 8-10+ stacks he's an absolute unit and great in team-fights.

What do you Guys think about Gragas Jungle? I was a Gragas Main and now he is finally playable in the Jungle again. Should I play him in the Placements or should I switch to Meta Junglers? (I am playing Full AP (Dark Harvester) and I am very confident on him)

Mentioning the word "outplay" when talking about Bel'Veth? Pressing a dash in random direction when you see a skillshot cast isn't "outplaying", it's called using your overtuned kit, which surpasses most of the champions in the game.
