Hey Charlotte. I want to take a moment to say thank you. My father has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and it's been rough. But what brings us back to laughing and positivity is watching your videos. It means more than you'll ever know to hear his contagious laugh fill up the room . He always wonders if "the funny red head" has a video out. Since he forgets I know some of your words by heart, lol. Thanks again for creating good times for not only him, but my mother and I as well. ❤

The naming your kid story hits close to home, since my dad named me AND my older sister over the woman he pined over for decades, whom he never even dated. Needless to say we’ve both changed our names.

My old roommate's ex faked his death to get away from her. His family and friends played their part, they posted an obituary in the paper and held a celebration of life for him.
Living with her, I wasn't surprised. She wasn't just bat sh*t crazy, she actually looked like a bat.
She stole the copy of the portfolio my best friend gave me, that he used when he was a model. She stole personal pictures of mine, along with letters from my boyfriend and friends who moved away, newspaper articles I kept that had no significance to her, and she stole my underwear and lingerie.
When I confrontated her, she took off and came back with a fake eviction notice for me from "our landlord".
We lived in a basement suite and our landlord lived upstairs, I called him to come have a chat, I thought it was hilarious but he wasn't the slightest bit amused; that was the final straw for him, he went upstairs and wrote her an eviction notice.
Life was great once she left.

Naming your child after your ex-girlfriend 20 years back is a different level of crazy . Even if he wanted to, should have discussed with the mother of his child . I have known instances where the mother of the baby threw a fit when the husband tried to name his daughter after his own mother . Heads will literally roll for this behaviour.

My husband and I have our own PCs. Mine broke down last week and so I've been using my husband's to watch videos on YouTube. I've watched sooo many Charlotte Dobre AITA or BRIDEZILLA videos, his algorithm has completely changed and now the first video that pops up on his feed is yours 😂 Love you, petty queen 👑

I did a charity film for a domestic violence/stalking awareness campaign when I was about 16/17, and my scene partner then cyber stalked me for the next two years??? he was literally doing what the film we did, warned people our age to look out for??? still no idea what he was thinking (if anything)

Yep. My dad asked if he could name their first child. Mom:
Yes, he named me after the woman he almost married. I think Dad cheated on her and she dumped him. A few years later he met my mom and they got married pretty fast. My grandma was the one who told Mom. Mom hated my grandma forever after that. She hated the wrong person.

My first daughter I had been in labor 18hrs, as I slept husband filled out birth certificate, when it came in he put it behind flowers on the shelf and went outside. A nurse actually saw this and came back and gave it to me because it didn’t have my signature. The first name was an ex gf and the middle name was another ex gf. I put in the name I wanted and signed, I sent it to records to be certified then got a shot for pain. When certificate came back from medical records department certified, his parents came in and saw it and were calling her by the name I had given. The look on his face was priceless, OK HE WAS MAD AF!! I filed for divorce within 6months. (?) Did anyone else want to close the window on the psycho ex when her arms and phone came in. It’s unlawful entry.

So my baby dad, wanted to name our daughter Brynn. It’s pretty and I was thinking about it, until 3 days later, I got pulled over by an officer Brynn the next town over. It was a blessing because I mentioned her name and said my bd name, and she instantly lit up. Turn out it was his ex. I named her something amazing instead.

I had a stalker. He was ruining my life. Gay friends convinced me to hide in their community They said he would never look for me there and if he did he would think oh forget that. I was very safe there for 2 years. I was glad I did it. He did find me after I moved out and needed to finish school out of the area. He was still searching for me while I was on my honeymoon. I know he has lost track of me now because I moved a long distance away and it's been many many years but having someone like that is quite frightening The only thing I had to do was they warned me don't let anybody in the community know that you're straight I wasn't dating anyway I was too scared to after what I was going through so it was a nice peaceful time and I could focus on work and school. I could also get to know people that normally won't show you the truth of their life because they don't trust outsiders. It was sad it was the beginning of the AIDS epidemic most of the people I knew were gone within about 5 years including my dear friend. I I had grown up with him through high school and we'd even work together I've gotten him a job at the hospital I worked at.
