EV Lease Deals of the Month | March 2024 | Car Leasing Deals

Let's take a look at the best car lease deals for electric vehicles this month - are these the best EV lease deals in the UK today??

If you're thinking about leasing an EV there has perhaps never been a better time as the deals available at the moment are as good as we've seen for a very long time so don't delay, check out our partners LeaseLoco using the link above and see if you can find a cheap EV lease deal.

Let's look at the best lease deals this month on electric cars. Electric vehicles are expensive to buy and have a somewhat unknown future value as the technology is moving quickly and the market has its fair share of disruptors.

The EV Lease Deals of the Month gives you my top picks of the best lease deals available in the UK right now, in my opinion of course.

My works ev provider (salary sacrifice) has just put prices up by 10 to 15% a month and the guy I was dealing with told me they’ve been warned by manufactures to expect hikes in the coming months.

I decided to look at deals and went for a Suzuki Across because i want a plug in hybrid. Was surprised with a quote of £311 / 2 years / 8000 miles .I proceeded to go with this quote to end up being given £387 a month price. This car is 7 months old pre reg car meaning service alot sooner than first impression. They advertise good prices to draw you in from what i can make out !

I've just signed up for an Ioniq6 168kw/77kwh direct from Hyundai - 2yr, 6k miles, £3700 initial, £299/m. EV bargains to be had at the moment.

Some amazing prices!

I've just got myself into an ID.5, Hyundai wanted their Ioniq 5 back early....

Can thoroughly recommend the ID.5 now it's running the latest software, obviously doesn't charge as fast as an E-GMP car but we only do a few long trips a year!

The good lady saw/poked around an ID.Buzz in the dealership, I can see me getting on of those in a couple of years....

Thanks Jim. Have to say that having been blown away by the Hyundai Ionic 5's looks when launched, I feel it's already looking dated. The Polestar though, I could look at that all day long. One of those has my name on it at some point I'm sure.

Again, another great video. Can you do a special on buying an EV on the salary sacrifice scheme. Not sure loads of people know about it. Been looking for a while but it’s a bit of a brain buster. How much to pay BIK as well as the lease price? Cheers.

Would I be able to secure a lease now but not take it until end of May?

I found the Polestar 2, whilst beautiful, to be an ergonomic nightmare. Nothing about it was comfortable. There's something blocking your left foot from resting on the resting pedal (the top is blocked off, meaning only half your foot fits there). the center console has a pointy bit exactly where your elbow is resting if you hold the steering wheel on the lower part. There is barely any padding in the resting spot for either of your elbows (may as well have been hard wood). The seat is weirdly pointing towards the outside of the car (you're not sitting straight for some reason). The center console is bulky and your knee will have to rest against it, which is not comfy on longer drives. The cars brakes are exceptionally grabby and the shocks aren't good enough for what the car weighs, making it have a lot of body roll. Test driving one was actually a nauseating experience to be honest. And I say that with a certain amount of sadness because I wanted it to be good.

I'm really finding it difficult to decide if to go for the Lexus RZ, the range has put me off. But we do not do long ranges hardly, work from home, only branch out now and then somewhere far but no where that is exceeding even 100 miles. I'm thinking of going for the lease of 2 years. What kind of charger would i need at home and if i have one at home the range thing wont be an issue will it? Sorry my first EV so excuse my lack of knowledge.

Never leased a car before, only looking to lease for 2yrs. Are servicing costs covered under the warranty.

I think your prices may be non-current, not sure. When I go to Leaseloco now it says e.g. for Ionic 5 it is only £285 per month. Your video says £370 ?

I think there is a toxic combination of retailer's effective having to register about 20 per cent of new cars as electric and not many people wanting them. It's a case of how low are prices going to get until people start to change their view and cant turn them down due to price

The ABI code for the ORA 03 has not made a difference, still waiting for Thatcham Research to be happy with parts availability and repair guidance and support to be in place by ORA. At present just 2 or 3 insurance companies covering the car.
