Easy one pan chicken. Sibscribe for all low carb sugar free, keto & diabetic foods. I will list ingredients but no measurements because I simply measured with my heart 🤍

3 lbs boneless chicken breasts
1 box cherry tomatoes
chopped onions
Lots of minced garlic
Handful of arugula or spinach
Splash of heavy cream
Olive oil for cooking plus more

Season chicken breasts on both sides with garlic salt, black pepper and paprika. Add olive oil to pan & cook chicken over medium heat . Cook 10 minutes on both sides.

while chicken is cooking…. Oil another pan and over medium heat add the box of tomatoes and sauté down till they get a little charred and soft add onions and garlic, cook till soft. Add a splash of heavy cream and spinach/arugula stir well. Add pinch of salt n pepper. I added red pepper flakes…Pour sauce over chicken. Yummy 🤤 who’s trying this?
