The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and three top Hamas leaders. The warrants are sought over war crimes and crimes against humanity.
