I need to ask how tall you are, because if i guess you are 6f2” then the ceilings are very low for $9M, you had to dodge the chandelier in the foyer area.

Huh, I've watched this over 6 times... I just don't like it... or... maybe just the decor, I like the openness of the spaces and all the natural light, and the rooms individually are nice-ish, but it feels uncomfortable, a mish mash of finishes but not really something cohesive or comfortable... it's just odd... like they tried to put anything posh all together... but, it doesn't work (for me)... then you add the price tag.... I'd rather get a house where I don't have to share space.

For $9 million you could live in a giant house on 20 acres literally anywhere else on the east coast and visit NYC every weekend while staying at the Mandarin Oriental getting room service.
