New Discovery On Black Hole Mergers

Scientists have made an exciting discovery in space. They have found that the entire universe is vibrating and humming with a frequency of a billionth of a hertz. This is the first direct evidence of a gravitational wave background, something that astrophysicists have been hunting for decades. The signal is about 100 times weaker than the faintest known radio waves. This remarkable discovery was made using Pulsar Timing Arrays, a brilliant technique in which 67 millisecond pulsars were used to create a galaxy-sized detector. The gravitational wave background is thought to be caused by the mergers of supermassive black holes. These mergers release a tremendous amount of energy in the form of gravitational waves, which travel through the universe at the speed of light. The finding also provides a solution to the long-standing astrophysics mystery, the final parsec problem.

Nothing rests; Everything moves; Everything vibrates.

That the wavelength from the black hole mergers is exactly what it is illustrates how the speed of light creates continuity. You would have thought such a great merger would cause a disruption in the space-time fabric at varying speeds but since the fastest it can go is the speed of light there is continuity.

You get that if you get the chance to admire our world through the eyes and a saw it's a beautiful natural breathtaking relaxing take a moment and try to capture it I promise it'll help relieve stress

Creating detectors out of the universe itself!? That's so cool!

Universe vibrates. I already knew that from watching DC animated movies. Easiest way to know if someone is from your universe is to see if they vibrate at the same frequency you do.

What if our universe is just a black hole thats spinning so quickly that we are expanding in every direction horizontally but getting smaller vertically. I mean we think that at the center of a black hole is something called the singularity which is the end of time but maybe its really just all of time condensed really tightly and as it expands and stretchesit forms a timeline. Im not saying this true just hypothetical. If anyone has insight or anything abt this that cant be possible comment

The frequency is not only created by the merger of black holes - it is created and exists everywhere in the universe that gravity exists
