I think S3 would end either around when Sukuna and Uraume fly away or when Gojo has his ICONIC "nah I'd win", though this would be if Season 3 is the longest season out of all of them which I could see. Them wanting to go through the entire culling games and really hype people up for when Gojo vs Sukuna happens.

S3 HAS to end with Gojo's unsealing. This is because S4 (or if they wanna do a movie) becomes damn near impossible to promote without completely spoiling Gojo's unsealing.

This is the best course of action for Mappa:
S3 (26 eps)(Ch 138-221)

Gojo vs Sukuna Movie (Ch 222-236). They will need to add some stuff otherwise the movie will be too short. They also need to find a way to smoothly finish the film, so it isn't as abrupt of an ending for the movie.

S4 (237-the rest of the story)

I know a lot of people don't want a Gojo vs Sukuna movie, as they want the weekly experience and the movie would only be the fight so it wouldn't have much of a movie structure. However, would you not rather have Gojo vs Sukuna in its absolute best possible form rather than temporary hype. We've all already witnessed the fight, so why do you guys care so much about the experience of anime onlys anyway?

Another thing to consider is how ridiculously grueling the rest of JJK will be for Mappa. JJK is one of the most difficult manga to adapt ever because of how many marquee fights there are. There's many fights in JJK that would be the highest priority fight in 99% of anime. The only manga that is as grueling to animate as JJK is AoT. The staff at Mappa would be absolutely fucked trying to animate Gojo vs Sukuna And Sukuna vs Everyone in a single season, so the quality would take a huge hit. A movie is the way to go, trust me.

But I just do believe episode 23 will be "Enchain" then one follow up, chatty episode similar to season 2.
