It's mostly because of the rolling shutter effect on most smartphones. The laser is moving super fast and the smartphone camera is scanning line by line. Professional cameras use global shutters which captures each image as a whole.

When the output video is rec 709(which is this YT video) then there is only 8bit colour. Moreover the TV or display should also be capable of displaying 10bit colour if the video is in BT2020!

b) 1080p 100fps normal video 100mbps 8bit.

Can't shoot 4k because of editing hussle.
