I really like how these turned out! Your Mod Podge versions look fine, imo. I'd personally be game to get two of each of these sets: one to leave the items way they came, and one to modify into the "complete" dessert. So I'd have a plain cheesecake and a blueberry cheesecake, for example. And multiples of the dishes and tableware would be fine, too - matching dishware sets are always a win.

Also, ps the resin comes in mini food containers and it's sealed, so you can still use them with your dolls without opening them. If you don't want any of the resin, I'd gladly buy them all from you!

The MGA mini verse food is most definitely my fave. I love the idea of it not all being glued together as it gives more versatility and allows some mixing and matching. I’ve also wondered if this item could be paired with slime or some other sticky substance which is temporary. Annoyingly I have to wait until April to purchase these from Amazon (in the UK) but hoping the shipment arrives earlier or other stores stock them soon.
I’m also loving the foodie range and collecting with my daughter but who doesn’t want to create a mini cheesecake. 😊

I'm so glad you looked at the Make it Mini food! I saw them on another channel and thought you would like it. I agree with not wanting to use the resin, though you can still use the bottles for food props if you wanted.

By the MGA Mini Food - I think Styrofoam glue might work as it dries clear...I have made drinks with it - like where ppl would use UV resin as I am not a big fan of the resin smell (we used to use the Practiglo resin when making human sized trays). I cant test this theory with the Styrofoam glue, because where I live we always get toys a year or two later. The price on Amazon is a bit brutal for the MGA Mini Food when you add shipping and customs, which is more than the items price.

I love those Mini Verse toys! But I totally agree that playing with resin doesn’t sound fun! But CoolToys opened an entire box of those Mini Verse balls, and she had a brilliant idea! She used slime instead of opening the resin bottles, that way she could keep all the parts and reuse them!
