Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time - Secret Ending!

Really, ending the game on a cliffhanger, which even with this secret ending (which is way too hard to unlock) just leaves the story hanging - and then just drop the series. Such a slap in the face of the Sly Cooper fanbase.

Egypt is one of the most explored places in the world for archeologists all sly has to do is carve a note in a stone and it should show in Bentley and Murrays present day but with all the loose ends like Penelope being on the loose to one of Sly's Ancestors being Egyptian to Carmelita never telling Sly she loved him will make for a great story. Come on guys let's get Sazaru to do it "Sly Cooper: Lost in Time"

Ideas for Sly 5:


- Bentley, Murray, and Carmelita manage to figure out where and when Sly is by finding some sort of message or Sly's calling card in an ancient Egyptian artifact.


- Sly witnesses more major Cooper events like the creation of the Cooper Vault.


- Sly fights Clockwerk again but in different phases of his transformation from pre-mechanization to full-mechanization.


- Meet more of Cooper ancestors including more obscure ones or ones that were mentioned in during Sly's tour of the Cooper Vault in Sly 3.


- Sly and the gang pull off a heist with Connor Cooper's Cooper Gang.


- The final mission(s) involve Sly deciding on whether to save his father from The Fiendish Five so that he'll have a father growing up but not meet Bentley, Murray, and Carmelita or let his father perish thus restoring the timeline to it's proper order.

For those who don't know: this actually wasn't meant to be a secret ending at first. It was gonna be a full-fledged level in the game, but they ran out of time and resources. So instead, the ending was included and Egypt was gonna be a DLC. The DLC was already fully scripted, but then unfortunely it got cancelled.

It seems pretty obvious that this shows the beginning of Sly 5. Either that or it's a cruel joke on us because it will go unexplained and on Sly and his friends, because they've been separated.

Slytunkhamen the first created the Thievius Raccoonus, so I'm guessing this is of that time. I really hope Henriette Cooper and Thaddeus Winslow Cooper III are in it too, because they're interesting, but also because these two ancestors are much believed to be direct relatives to Rioichi and Tennessee due to the date entries in the Thievius Raccoonus being so close together. :)

Did everyone just forget that clockwork is alive all throughout sly cooper 4 when they time traveled through each time period?

I felt the main purpose of this was to finally answer how Clockwerk came to attain his robot form. Yet I think the creators of the game intended Penelope to be the Dr. Frankenstein behind this monster. I mean she had the motive and means to do it. To me it makes sense.

I'm a pc gamer now, but I'd have to admit if they came out with a sly 5, I would buy a brand new PS4. Grew up playing all the sly cooper games.

I know I am many years too late, but I have a theory. Sly, stranded in Egypt, has to fit in and takes on an alias. This alias is, of course similar to his real name, Slytunkhamen Cooper. IF there is a Sly 5 (we are all begging for it Sanzaru), I do think that Bentley will find something written in hieroglyphics about this and, somehow, Sly will technically be his own ancestor. Or perhaps the upcoming show will pick up where we were left at the end of Sly 4. I just do not want to wait 8 years for another installment, like we did with Sly 4.

I really hope we get more Sly! Sly is my favorite Play Station game of all time (bought the PS3 solely for Sly) and I war really hoping for Sly to reunite with the gang. I got that, but then the ending had him getting thrown through time. I'm hoping this is the start of a new trilogy.
