I am Dave Boyer. I have a working HERO-1 robot. I just recently replaced the main drive batteries. The only thing is I lost the instructional documentation. I just don’t know where the instructions are. But I have a working old HERO-1 robot!!

Thanks for this video !
I was given a Hero1 robot several years ago from work.
The company bought it at an auction with some other stuff.
It worked fine. But the arm wasnt strong enough for thier plans.
So many later, they gave the robot to me.
Nice machine!
It also came with manuals!
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PROJECT !

I built one if these for my High School electronics class in 1985-86! We would take Robbie the Robot and do assembles im the Gym.. I wonder what ever came Robbie.

I wish I could have a HealthKit hero robot maybe I can both rebuild it and update it and upgrade it
