Ugh. The checkin process at Caesars is so annoying. I really hate that. I’ve stayed in the Palace, Augustus, and Octavius towers and the rooms are really nice. I’ve been super curious about the Julius tower so it was great to see your tour. What a disappointing room though. That carpet! I do like that they have a keurig - I just pack my own pods and mug 😊

Water fountains are always nice to look at . No beverages!! Definitely need 2 conditioners 👍. I like that ! What do they charge for those snacks and drinks?

My wife and I stay at Ceasars Palace, at least, twice a year. I can say the biggest problem I have ever encountered was long check-in lines. I Love the place. Sorry you had a bad experience.
