Light to medium coverage, but has to be buildable. I prefer a luminous, glowy or soft satin finish.

Hi Carmel, the lippie changing is awesome. I’m intrigued about the formula. The ND palette is beautiful. I’m not adventurous with eyeshadow either. I got the mascara, I wasn’t impressed. To be honest I have only used it a couple of times, maybe I should give it another go. I do like volume too. But I appreciate a mascara that comes off easy. I think the Morphe blush is pretty, I love their huephoria blushes. I’m recovering from Hurricane Francine. Can’t upload yet, no power/internet… just weak signal. Thank you and see you soon! 😊

Excellent video! Carmel, I think this foundation shade is perfect for you and it looks beautiful on your skin. You've convinced me to pick up the blush drops, and the lip liners...now I just need to find the best colors for me! One thing...toss out the dreadful, dry concealer!!! 😂
As always, I love your daylight shots. Seeing someone only in their makeup room just isn't enough to convince me, but your videos have learned how to automatically push "add to cart". 😂😂😂

Hello Carmel, the result of this foundation (dior) is just magnificent on you. I also don't really like mascaras whose brushes are too flexible and made of silicone. This lip oil is very pretty. Thank you for this video

Hi Carmel, firstly, you ARE doing a fantastic job with this channel!

Secondly, props to 'Wonderskin' for seeing and supporting you and how gorgeous does that lip oil look on you! Mwah!

Thirdly, you made me giggle so much throughout this video!! Can't count how many times you said 'dry' when referring to the Mac concealer and 'Meh' when referring to the firework mascara, although to be fair you did go on to list a lot of positive attributes of it.

Building on the suggestion from one of our lovely tribe of viewers, maybe you could consider doing a dedicated stick foundation video. My youngest daughter appreciates their ease of use and speedy application. We both have worn the Tarte stick foundation in the past but I found it pricey and heavy coverage (it was an older formula than the current one). My daughter now uses the revolution fast base stick foundation and says its ok!

Lastly, sorry for the long comment, have you tried the Elf lash XTENDER mascara yet and if so what are your thoughts?

I have Maybelline lip liner in shade Fine Line but after seeing your review on these I think I will pick up Line Leader as well 😅 Have you tried Sculpted by Aimee Second Skin Foundation Dewy Finish btw? I am loving it at the moment and i would love to hear your thoughts on this product ❤

After a busy morning with no chance to get ready until the afternoon, I was so excited to see you upload! Now I have something to watch as I finally get ready for the day! Ohh I love the Tom Ford stick foundation and I just finished one actually. I tend to love stick foundations - they're a busy Mom essential. I hope the TF comes back because it never broke me out, wore in all weather and had beautiful nuanced shades. I love the TF shade range in general. I might have to pick up the Dior in the meantime. All of the ones you have been trying look so great on your beautiful skin and this one was no exception! ☺💕

I just picked up two Maybelline liners in Let's Bounce and Big Lift the other day. I agree, they rival my most long-wearing liners by Natasha Denona. I might just have to pick up Line Leader and On It! I thoroughly enjoyed this video and liked seeing the Catrice palette again. Such a steal 💖

Hi Carmel, that foundation stick looked flawless on you. Would you say the color codes on the stick translate the same as the dior liquid foundation? Hello, I recently discovered your channel and I really like it. I can only imagine how many things are going through your mind to remember to tell us while making a video, so I hesitate to ask you this, but these two things matter so much to me that I'm going to go ahead and ask and if you can do them then that would be great, if you can't then I understand. The first is, if you are reviewing a mascara could you please mention if it comes in brown. I have fair skin (MAC NC15) and am also older (63) and black mascara on me makes me look 5 years older. I simply will not consider buying a mascara that is not offered in brown. Secondly please please mention in your reviews of lipstick, the smell and taste of it. I have simply reached an age where I refuse to wear a lipstick that smells or tastes weird. Some lipsticks smell of vanilla( MAC), or a bakery, or fruits (MILANI smells like watermelon) and all of that is perfectly fine, even nice actually. But some lipsticks smell or taste (or BOTH) so bad that I don't know who on earth could possibly enjoy wearing them. A good example of this is the main line of lipsticks from LOREAL (the solid golden tube). They have a shade that I own that looks beautiful on my fair skin (Blushing Berry) and I literally would not put it on at home but rather would only put it on in the parking lot when I got to work because that meant that for the 35 minute commute to work I didn't have to taste that nightmare formula. I'm not kidding you it tastes like if you put the worst tasting cough syrup in a saucepan and turned the burner on high and scorched it. It literally tastes like burned cough syrup. The You Tuber Abbey Yung recently mentioned a color of Loreal (gold tube) lipstick and said this is a beautiful color but I'm telling you it tastes like crap and you should NOT buy it! At my age I have wasted plenty of money on lipsticks that have a variety of awful tastes. Some taste like you have sprayed your perfume and some of it accidentally got in your mouth (yuck!) or some have tasted of a weird chemical/industrial/ petroleum taste. I just want to build a collection of lipsticks that make me look prettier and either taste nice (MAC) or taste of nothing at all, that's fine also. We ladies really should demand more from cosmetic companies and not purchase lipsticks that smell and taste so bad that we can't wait to get them off at the end of the day.
