I am a black belt in shotokan karate, I dont practice anymore, I still work out with my weights, I knowxall the the adrenaline and reality that kicks in in a confrontation.If you can avoid a fight if possible, if not hit hard win and walk away

As a man who has stopped hundredS of thieves and has been In plenty of fights including shootings i tell you this, if you don't wear armor OR know how to make your own you and your family will eventually suffer a loss(hopefully just material) By being easy pray to the predators.
Trust me on this, the whole world changes once you do this but
Wisdom gives more protection than any armor known to men that downside would be that is heavier than any armor you could buy...
