Wow, first Brunson, then Hart and now DiVencenzo! The New York Knicks are like Villanova Knicks now. But what I don't understand is that we lost Obi Toppin, but yet we have his little brother on the team, which makes no sense. They should've never gotten rid of Obi. 😢

Some fans werent happy when Brunson came to the knicks and now they love him.
Some fans didnt like when Hart came to the knicks and now they love him.
Trust me same thing is going to happen with Donte.
LETS GO KNICKS!

I am happy to see the Knicks stay the course. They have one of the best point guards in the east in Jalen Brunson. RJ Barrett showed so much heart and, promise in the playoffs. If RJ Barrett ever gets a better three point shot, he will be a totally different player. I am high on Quentin Grimes as well, The Knicks may already have their 3 and D guy. The Knicks have some great defenders on their roster and When Mitchell Robinson buys in, he is a beast on the glass. My worries are Julius Randle in the playoffs, Tom Thibodeau playing young guys and, the rotation. The Knicks are in a very good place.

I worked out a rough minutes breakdown of the Knicks nine man rotation - it's a little crowded

32 minutes each: Brunson, Randle, Robinson
24 minutes each: Hart, Hartenstein, Barrett, Grimes, Quickley, DeVicenzo

C - Robinson 32, Hartenstein 16
PF - Randle 32, Hartenstein 8, Hart 8
SF - Barrett 24, Hart 16. Quickley 8
PG - Brunson 32, Quickley 16
SG - Grimes 24, DeVicenzo 24

Running it back. Minus Obi. Plus this guy. Well be watching the conference finals from a distance again this year

This was a great pickup for a whopping ten points of the bench scorer when we had Obi at 6'9 who can score more off the bench and as a starter at the 3 or 4 spot!!!

We have RJ Barrett who's natural position is shooting guard, and undersized Quentin Grimes, Josh Hart, and now Donte Divincenzo. We have no real small forward. I have no clue as to what in the world is the front office doing.🤦🤷😳

Can the KNICKS now get Former Villanova Head Coach Jay Wright as their New Head Coach to Coach his former NCAA National Championship Players; Brunson, Hart and DiVincenzo.

As Knicks fans we need to learn from what is happening in the league.
1. Teams are in Cap hell with "over-the-hill, often injured", overpriced stars - none of whom are making it to the final much less competing for a chip.
2. Its a myth that you can just fill out the roster around stars with minimum deal players. Yes you need stars, but you need the right system players who accept and embrace their blue-collar role. Guys like Robert Horry, Bruce Bowen, Shane Battier, Dennis Rodman, Draymond Green, PJ Tucker and Aaron Gordon. These glue guys do not grow on trees which is why they repeatedly end up on championship teams.
3. Outside of Starks and Ewing, who was the last Knicks draft pick that achieved their ceiling with the knicks? crickets.... . NY is notoriously bad at developing the talent they draft - as they seldom give them the playing time needed. While I am sad to see OBI go (because of his exciting dunks and demeanor), it might have just saved his career because he was never going to get playing time with Randle on the roster and Thibs as the coach.
4. We often throw the superstar label around for players with offensive talent. But Jokic has reaffirmed that superstars elevate the entire team and influence winning even when they are not directly scoring.

Why do we another SG? Make sense out of it? Another defensive guy that gives us little offense. I'm glad obi is out. Hustling backwards 😢

Smdh . This is the Fournier signing all over again! 😮‍💨... Great, yet inconsistent shot. Slightly better defense but no height or muscle. What are we doing here!??
